Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Develop communication strategy of Sustainable Development (SD) Framework and communicate the roles & responsibilities of all related Functions in order to ensure alignment regarding corporate sustainability framework across functions.
- Execute the implementation of ESG roadmap and masterplan throughout Corporate with collaborative support from external parties for benchmarking and collaborative support with the concerned party to enhance the achievement such as the government, supply chain, business partner, global and Indonesia sustainability association, NGO, etc. in order to obtain best practice and enhance sustainability achievements.
- Monitor ESG implementation portfolios, gap closing and reporting in order to support sustainable investment projects’ requirements.
- Review and update Corporate ESG & Sustainability manuals, procedure, workflow, and other required guidance in order to ensure compliancy regarding ESG & Sustainability framework & business process.
- Administer the documentation and data collection of Policies, initiatives, and performances regarding ESG governance in order to support external communication with reliable and well documented information.
- Review requirements and perform Internal improvements for ESG Raters’ periodic submissions in order to ensure ESG rating and reporting can be executed properly as required standard.
- Participate in ESG audit, and implement ESG knowledge management in order to ensure ESG continuous improvement.
- Perform and monitor ESG improvement initiative including Environment (such as LCA/LCI, GHG roadmap (Net Zero), EMA, Data verification process, Green business and Innovation, Circular Economy, etc), Social (such as ESG disclosure platform and Dashboard, ESG for supply chain, CSR and Impact mgt, Product stewardship, etc.) and Governance (CG gap closing, Good Corporate Governance Mgt., Anti-Corruption, etc.) by conducting collaboration, feedback gathering and implementation review in order to ensure ESG Roadmap is effectively executed and continuously improved.
