Kualifikasi Pelamar
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences
3. Should have experienced in Document Controller or similar role
4. Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
5. Hands-on experience with MS Office; MS Excel and AutoCAD
6. Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
7. Proficient typing and editing skills
8. Data organization skills
9. Good communication skill
10. Can join As soon as possible

Tingkat Kesulitan dalam wawancara : normal
1. Manage the Drawing & Document repository & maintain the revisions as well as copy, scan and store documents
2. Check for accuracy and edit files, like contractual document and drawing as necessary
3. Review and update technical documents and drawing for As Built based on site team input if it’s requested (e.g. isometric drawing; manuals and workflows)
4. Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
5. File documents in physical and digital records
6. Create templates for future use
7. Retrieve files as requested by employees and close coordination with construction team coordinator to ensure site engineer follows the latest revisions
8. Manage the flow of documentation within the organization and support Project Manager to collect Submittal Document Released to Customer and files drawing & document approved by Client
9. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
10. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
